6. Delayed or Missing Orders

We may ask you to provide your order number and delivery details so that we can investigate the shipment.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

A description of the damage
Photos of the damaged product and packaging, where possible

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

8. Customs and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery Attempts

If the delivery company is unable to deliver your order because nobody is available, the address is incorrect, or the customer fails to follow the courier's delivery instructions, additional delivery or return charges may apply.
