At NXTGENSHOP1, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may be able to return it in accordance with the terms below.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item should be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
The item must not be damaged, altered, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
You must provide your order number and relevant purchase details.

Some products may not be eligible for return due to their nature or applicable laws. These may include personalised or customised products, sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, and other products where applicable.

2. How to Request a Return

Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

We will provide return instructions where your return is eligible.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be covered by us under applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product, please contact us before returning it so we can provide appropriate instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order:

Arrives damaged
Is defective
Is missing an item
Contains the wrong product

Please provide your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and make the funds available to you.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be available, for example where an item has been used, damaged, or its value has been reduced beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Any reduction in refund will be applied only where permitted by applicable law.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund has been issued but have not received it:

Contact your payment provider or bank.

8. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges where appropriate and subject to product availability.

If you require an exchange, please contact us before returning the product.

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nxtgenshop1.com.

We will try to cancel the order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and you may need to follow the applicable return process.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.
